Cancellation Policy

By obtaining the Terms of Service provided at "Terms of Service", you are also approving this Cancellation Policy.

We do not cancel registered accounts once they are entered, except in exceptional circumstances where the fault may lie with the payment gateway or our side.. We will cancel your participation on request and will not refund the registration amount in any case.

In case we cancel your participation in any game as a result of this, we may refund some amount within reasonable time.

We may cancel the registration if details provided by the player are not correct or not valid as per the norms of regulations.

Once registered, we are not bound to your selection but in any case, if you are not selected by any franchise, we may cancel your registration and refund you some part of the registration amount within 10 to 15 business days.

In case of violation of rules and regulations for players and franchise, we can cancel the registration and the decision of ACPL 2024 will be accepted by all.

If a player found to be aged less than 30 years or player has played any renowned cricket match in the last three years (from 2020 to 2023), he/she is not allowed to play and ACPL 2024 will cancel the registration immediately without any prior notice.

Refund Policy

By obtaining the Terms of Service provided at "Terms of Service", you are also approving this Refund Policy.

You agree and acknowledge that once you make registration, you will not cancel it without any reason.

You further agree and acknowledge that all the registration fees paid to Astitva Corporate Premier T20 League 2024 shall be non- refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

In case an event or venue organized by us is canceled, you will be refunded the amount decided by Astitva Corporate Premier T20 League 2024.

Refunds due to failed transactions may be processed within 7-10 working days.

Astitva Corporate Premier T20 League 2024 reserves the right to change/modify this cancellation and refund policy without any prior notice.

If the registered player is not selected by any team, the registration amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 business days.

With regards to payments, the Astitva Corporate Premier T20 League 2024 shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our website using your payment card or internet banking or any other method. The website shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.

If the player cancels his/her registration himself/herself, Astitva Corporate Premier T20 League 2024 will not refund the registration amount in any circumstances.
